The best practices have also been adopted in re-engineering the procedures and achieving procedural paths for advanced work cycles, which ensure the conduct of work procedures between departments and employees with efficiency and high quality. Moreover, many services directed to Mosque have also been adopted by raising the level of performance in monitoring them through an advanced system, to follow up on the comments and evaluate the services therein, by allowing the worshippers to send their comments or views quickly and flexibly through their smart devices. Therefore, the departments concerned, in turn, can follow up on improving the level of services to the best possible quality.
