KFGQPC Acquires the Rights to Print and Publish “Tafsir Ishaq bin Ibrahim al-Busti” d. (307 A. H.)

A contract has been entered into to print and publish a book entitled: “Tafsir Ishaq bin Ibrahim al-Busti”between King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex and the book editors, bearing in mind that the validity period of the contract is five years from the date of publication. Preparation for the printing of the book has been begun. It is one of the important books of Mathur Interpretation (interpretation by reported texts), because it contains about two thousand Hadiths and sayings related to exegesis, narrated by its author documenting the chains of narration. The author died before Muhammad ibn Jarir al-Tabari, the topmost authority on exegesis, and he has a chain of transmission higher from the latter. The book has high scholarly value and represents an important addition to the library of interpretation and sciences of the Glorious Qur'an.
