King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex produces 18 million copies annually with Saudi hands
The Saudi nationals continue to prove their efficiency and excellence in various specialties and fields to achieve the aspirations of the ambitious vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. Approximately one thousand and two hundred Saudi employees work in King Fahd Glorious Qur'an Printing Complex in Madinah, which is an Islamic edifice and a great service provided by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Islam and Muslims in the various parts of the world.
KFGQPC includes a center for training and technical qualification that assumes training the Saudi cadres to qualify them technically to work in the various technical departments of KFGQPC whether in the field of preparation, processing, montage, printing, binding or maintenance. The outstanding graduates of the center’s courses are sent to specialized colleges and institutes inside and outside the Kingdom.
In all stages of preparation, printing and binding, KFGQPC uses the best available materials with distinctive quality. It also uses computers to determine the specifications of materials and continually secure, use and monitor them.
The production capacity of KFGQPC reaches 18 million copies of various editions annually as the quantities produced by KFGQPC have been exceeded more than (300) million copies since its establishment. These are divided into complete Musḥafs, parts of the Qur'an, dedicated books, translations, audio recordings, books of the Sunnah and the biography of the Prophet, etc.
KFGQPC receives thousands of visitors annually from different countries of the world. The total gifts provided by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, may Allah protect him, of copies of the Glorious Qur'an reached about 1216810 copies through all the land, sea and air ports of the Kingdom.
