His Excellency the Minister: The Crown Prince Does Tremendous Job in Developing and Improving the Legislative Environment

His Excellency the Minister, Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Ashaikh, affirmed that the tremendous work done by His Royal Highness, Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, May Allah protect him, in terms of developing and improving the legislative environment, is consistent with the principles on which this blessed country was founded, namely justice and equality.
In a statement by His Excellency, he noted the content of the statement of His Royal Highness, Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, regarding the development of the legislative system, which included: the draft personal status law, the draft civil transactions law, the draft penal law for discretionary penalties, and the draft law of evidence.
His Excellency the Minister commended the step that the Kingdom will take in this direction, as it will contribute to achieving the highest levels of efficiency in litigation procedures, rationalizing laws and codifying jurisprudence to serve justice and accelerate the enforcement of judgments. His Excellency added that these regulations set by His Highness the Crown Prince will achieve one of the most important objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in terms of providing decent life for citizens and residents, through facilitating judicial transactions in a manner that preserves rights and clarifies duties.
In conclusion, His Excellency supplicated to Allah, the Most High, to preserve for us our leader, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, to perpetuate the blessings of security, safety, welfare and prosperity for our country, and to provide His Highness, Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman with strength, victory and permanent success.
