His Excellency the Minister receives the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Culture and Endowments of Djibouti

His Excellency the Minister Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif Bin AbdulAziz Al Ashaikh received, in his office at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh, yesterday Wednesday the seventh of Rabi' Al-Thani 1441 AH, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Culture and Endowments of the Republic of Djibouti, Mr. Moumin Hassan Barreh and his accompanying delegation, who are visiting the Kingdom currently. At the beginning of the Meeting, His Excellency the Minister Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Ashaikh welcomed the Djiboutian Minister and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a pleasant stay at the Kingdom. His Excellency assured that the Kingdom and Djibouti are two brotherly countries, linked by firm historical relations. He added that this distinguished relationship between the two countries is will always be persistent, by Allah's will, thanks to the two wise leaderships of the Kingdom and Djibouti. His Excellency the Minister Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Ashaikh added that the Kingdom is the country of security and safety thanks to Allah at first place, then thanks to the great work performed by the Kingdom's government under the leadership of His Majesty, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the wise King and the just Ruler Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, may Allah support him, and His Highness the Honest Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman Al-Saud, may Allah bless him, in fighting the deviant terrorist groups that politicize religion, exploit people's emotions, and falsely claim that they commit such terrorist acts for the sake of religion, while they are actually inconsistent with Islam. His Excellency the Minister Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Ashaikh praised the firm stance of the Kingdom with its wise leadership to serve Islam and Muslims, deepen the values of moderation, and avoid all forms of extremism. His Excellency stated that the Kingdom is the bastion of the Islamic world because of the great position that Allah bestowed upon it to serve the two Holy Mosques and the Kaaba, the Qibla of Muslims, and also because of the great stances taken by it to support Islam and Muslim all over the world. His Excellency the Minister Al- AShaikh also said that the Kingdom is the heart of the Islamic world and the fountainhead and the destination of Muslims everywhere, that is why it faces fierce campaigns to offend it and its wise leadership. For his part, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Culture and Endowments of the republic Djibouti expressed his gratitude to His Excellency the Minister Dr. Abdullatif Al Ashaikh for the good reception and cordial hospitality. He also paid tribute to the great efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman, for all their actions in serving Islam and supporting the Muslims all over the world. Mr. Moumin Hassan Barreh also expressed his happiness for this visit and the open prospects of cooperation with the Ministry under the leadership of His Excellency the Minister Shaikh Dr. Abdullatif Al Ashaikh to benefit from the wide experience of the Ministry in the field of Islamic call using the approach of moderation and combatting extremism. The Undersecretary of Islamic Affairs Shaikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahid Al Arifi and the delegation accompanying the Djiboutian Minister attended the reception.
