Preparation of the printing of the Glorious Qur'an

The preparation unit is considered as the first stages of production. The first step in the preparation unit is to build the publication digitally in the preparation studio. Then, after the approval of all authorities concerned with issuance, the work is sent to the Printing Plates Preparation Department. At first, the plate is printed on the CTP (Computer to Plate) machines, then roasted in the oven to give printing copies more than half a million prints per plate. Thereafter, these Plates are glued and kept until they are delivered to the printing unit. The number of plates varies in each publication according to the number of pages and the number of colors.
