Printing unit

The Printing Unit is one of the most important sections in King Fahd Glorious Qur’an Printing Complex. It is the basis of the work in KFGQPC.

B- Flatbed Printing Section: It consists of two Germany manufactured machines, i.e. RAPIDA 105 and RAPIDA 106. The RAPIDA 106 machine consists of four parts: 

• Part One : Feeding Unit machine Paper 

• Part two : Printing units, which consist of (5) printing units 

• Part Three : Paper Flipper

• Part Four : Paper Delivery Unit 

The printer has printing quality features, which are programs to measure the density of ink i.e. accurate and high-efficiency and detect the printing errors matching program. as well as the colors.

Themachine consists of of six parts: 

• Part One : Feeding Unit machine Paper 

• Part two : units printing consists of (8) units Printing 

• Part Three : Paper Flipper

• Part Four : Silicon Unit 

• Part Five : Cold gilding Unit 

• Part Six: Paper Delivery Unit

This printer has printing quality features, i.e. accurate and high-efficiency programs to measure the density of ink, and detect the printing errors, as well as the color matching program.
