King Fahd Glorious Qur’an Printing Complex declares

its intention to rent warehouses with minimum area of (10,000) ten thousand square meters to store its publications as follows:

  1. The warehouses should be adjacent.
  2. The location should not be more than (30) km away from King Fahd Glorious Qur’an Printing Complex.
  3. The roads should be paved with asphalt till the entrances of warehouses.
  4. The warehouses should apply safety regulations and conditions approved by the Civil Defense.
  5. The roofs of warehouses should be fully insulated in terms of heat and water.
  6. The floors and entrances of the warehouses should be free from any cracks or obstacles to the way of forklift.
  7. Surveillance cameras should be installed in the location of the warehouses.
  8. Water, electricity and other services should be provided for the warehouses.
  9. The entrances and roads leading to warehouses, as well as the spaces in front of each entrance, should be sufficient for entering and moving of the large trucks.
  10. The necessary documents (Certificate of Civil Defense, Zakat and Income, insurance, Percentage of Saudization, value-added tax, Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Register) should be attached.
  11. The deadline for receiving the proposals shall be at 10:00 AM on Sunday 11/06/1442 AH. Opening the envelopes shall be at 10:00 PM on Monday 12/06/1442 AH.
